Even Arnold Schwarzenneger has a body double! And now that double has shared just how he gets into shape. Talking with Men’s Health, Brett Azar said that he did “basic Arnold workouts,” focusing on his chest and “…was benching, benching, benching.” As for his diet, Azar said, “I eat low-carb, high-protein and moderate fat all day, and then at night, I’ll have whatever carbs I’m craving and go to bed happy.” When Azar isn’t busy having Arnold’s head super-imposed onto his body, he can be seen playing wrestling legend Iron Sheik on ‘Young Rock.’ Do you have any workout or diet secrets that you have found to be successful?
